Mark is currently delivering transformational change programs at Oracle; change for go to market demand generation and sales activity that leverages the digital landscape; as well as coaching mentoring and structuring programs that leverage platforms like LinkedIn Facebook he has changed the process and cadence of sales engagement.

Mark is an ex British Army Officer, he has spent the subsequent 18 years in Consulting engagement with over 15 years  living internationally based in multiple regions delivering services to the HR community in EMEA, APAC, LATAM and NA.

Mark ran his own business, for a decade delivering HR services to the IT, Banking & Media industries, in particular to companies inclusive of but not limited to; Google, SAP, Oracle, SFDC, JPMorgan, Accenture, Cigna Insurance in Asia Pacific & EMEA.

He has been a Global Head of HR and delivered change initiatives internally for companies inclusive of VISA.  As an experienced leader providing; transformation change for strategy and execution of HR solutions  in multiple markets he has worked with global brands, startups and growth companies; helping them leverage Salary Arbitrage, Low Cost aggregation of talent, Corporate tax rate opportunities, crowdsourcing and reducing costs in Talent Acquisition. Mark currently works for Oracle in Asia Pacific as a HR consulting strategy evangelist.
